Does Georgia have a FAIR Plan or residual property insurance option?

Georgia property owners who are unable to obtain standard property insurance may have access to the Georgia Underwriting Association. This residual-market option can provide coverage for eligible properties when coverage is not available through ordinary private-market channels.
